The ROBBJACK ST-434-16-C is a single-end corner chamfer end mill ground from solid carbide and coated with TiCN via a PVD process. It carries a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 45-degree chamfer angle with a chamfer width of 0.0060 inch. Four right-hand helical flutes at a 30-degree medium helix angle deliver efficient chip evacuation during both roughing and finishing passes. The 0.5 inch straight-cylindrical shank fits standard collet and end mill holders. Overall length is 3 inches. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shop, production, and toolroom environments are the primary users of this tool.
