The ROBBJACK SR-2-048 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. Part of the SR-2 Series, this 2-flute tool carries a 0.048-inch cutting diameter with a 0.144-inch length of cut and a 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank. At 1.5 inches overall length, it fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills. The Tuffy material grade carbide substrate delivers the hardness and wear resistance needed for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials at small diameters. Uncoated and centercutting, it supports both plunge and conventional milling operations.
