The ROBBJACK NR-404-03.5 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. With a 7/64 inch (0.1094 inch) cutting diameter and a 4-flute spiral geometry, this tool delivers clean, accurate cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration is standard for conventional CNC and manual milling setups. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. This end mill is centercutting, allowing plunge entry directly into the workpiece. It is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production facilities, and toolrooms.
