The RIVETKING. SBS43/P500 is a Size 43 dome head, open end blind rivet with a steel body and phosphate-finished steel mandrel. Designed for permanent fastening applications, this rivet pulls from one side of the workpiece, making it well suited for assemblies where rear access is limited or unavailable. The 1/8-inch body diameter and 0.337-inch length under head fit within a grip range of 0.126 inches to 0.187 inches. The required hole diameter is 0.129 inches to 0.133 inches. Each rivet meets IFI 114 Grade 30 standards and delivers a rated shear strength of 260 pounds. Sold in a 500-piece package. Installed using a standard rivet gun, this fastener is a routine choice for sheet metal, HVAC ductwork, electrical enclosures, and general fabrication work.
