The RIVETKING FBF64CE/P100 is a closed end sealing blind rivet supplied in a 100-piece pack. The closed end design seals the rivet body after installation, preventing fluid, gas, and debris from passing through the fastener. It features a dome head profile and an all-stainless steel body and mandrel, making it suitable for corrosive or outdoor environments where standard aluminum or steel rivets would fail prematurely. With a body diameter of 0.1875 inches, a grip range of 0.188 to 0.250 inches, and a tensile strength rated at 900 pounds, this rivet is built for structural reliability in demanding applications. Installation requires a standard pull-type blind rivet tool. Licensed sheet metal, mechanical, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed with a standard manual or pneumatic pull-type blind rivet tool rated for 3/16-inch body rivets. Drill the mating hole to between 0.192 and 0.196 inches using a Number 11 wire gauge bit before installing. Verify the combined material grip thickness falls within 0.188 to 0.250 inches before selecting this rivet for the joint. The mandrel will break flush and the closed end will seal the back of the hole upon full actuation of the tool.
