The RIVETKING 10F1IKFAP/P25 is a countersunk-head aluminum rivet nut designed for creating strong, threaded fastening points in thin-gauge sheet metal, fiberglass, and similar base materials. This standard rivet nut accepts a 10-32 thread and requires a 19/64-inch drill hole for installation. The aluminum construction keeps weight low and resists corrosion in light-duty environments. The uncoated finish is suitable for indoor and general industrial applications. Grip range runs from 0.02 inches to 0.13 inches, making it appropriate for use in thin-panel assemblies. This package contains 25 pieces. Fabricators, maintenance technicians, and assembly workers install these fasteners wherever a permanent, load-bearing threaded insert is needed without access to the reverse side of the workpiece.
Countersunk rivet nuts are commonly used in sheet metal enclosures, HVAC equipment panels, electrical cabinets, automotive trim panels, and light structural assemblies. The countersunk head sits flush with or below the surface of the workpiece when set, which is preferred in applications where a protruding flange would interfere with mating surfaces or covers. The 10-32 thread size is a standard fine-thread designation widely used in instrumentation, panel work, and light-mechanical assemblies. This 25-count pack is suited for small-batch repair work or production runs requiring moderate quantities.
Designed as a standard 10-32 countersunk rivet nut for use in aluminum, steel, and fiberglass panels within the grip range of 0.02 inches to 0.13 inches. Compatible with any standard 10-32 threaded fastener.
Installation requires a rivet nut setting tool sized for 10-32 inserts and a 19/64-inch drill bit to prepare the host material. Ensure the base material is fully clamped and free of burrs before inserting the nut. Power down any electrical enclosure or equipment panel before performing fastener work on live assemblies. Do not exceed the specified grip range, as under-set or over-set conditions will compromise thread pull-out strength.
