The RHEEM rh2ty6024stannj is a 5-ton, two-stage residential air handler built for split-system cooling with R-454B refrigerant. It uses a constant torque ECM blower motor rated at 3/4 horsepower and 559 watts, delivering airflow between 1,200 and 1,600 CFM across a speed range of 300 to 1,100 RPM. The unit is SEER-rated between 13.4 and 16 and carries a nominal cooling capacity of 60,000 BTU/h. A factory-installed TXV metering device and N-coil drain configuration come standard. AHRI Certified and cULus Listed. Licensed HVAC technicians perform installation on new construction and retrofit residential projects.

This air handler is suited for residential split-system applications requiring a multi-position, non-communicating indoor unit compatible with R-454B refrigerant. The two-stage operation provides improved humidity control and part-load efficiency compared to single-stage units.
