    The product is fine the support process from Rheem EcoNet is horrible. Horrible to the point where I spent $150 on the unit and gave up up ever making it work. And I had a working unit for more than five years, but either software updates or some other Rheem issue with the water heater makes it unusable. Will NEVER buy another Rheem product again!
