The RH PETERSON R-12 is a 12-inch Golden Oak refractory ceramic log set designed for use with certified vented gas burners in residential gas fireplaces. The set includes 6 hand-painted ceramic logs modeled from real oak samples, replicating the bark texture and color of natural wood. Each log is reinforced with internal steel rods to reduce chipping and cracking over time. This log set is intended for decorative gas fireplace applications and is installed by licensed gas technicians or qualified fireplace service professionals.

This log set is suited for smaller residential vented gas fireplaces. It pairs with a compatible vented burner and valve assembly, which must be selected separately. The Golden Oak styling is also available as a complete package that includes a vented burner and valve for smaller fireplaces. A vented burner is required for proper operation and is not included with this log set. Do not use this log set with a non-certified or vent-free burner.
