The RH PETERSON MBW-24 is a 24-inch Mountain Birch designer replacement log set intended for use with vented gas fireplace burners. The set contains 7 refractory ceramic logs, each hand-painted to replicate the appearance of real birch wood. Reinforced steel rods are inserted into each log during manufacturing to reduce chipping and breakage over the service life of the set. This is a logs-only product and does not include a burner or valve kit. Installation is performed by a qualified gas fireplace technician or licensed contractor.

The MBW-24 is designed for residential vented gas fireplaces where a natural birch wood aesthetic is desired. These logs are not universal and must be paired with a certified compatible vented burner. The Peterson G4, G45, and G46 burner series are confirmed compatible with this log set. A vented burner and valve kit are required for operation and are sold separately.
