The RH PETERSON MBW-18 is an 18-inch set of refractory ceramic gas fireplace logs designed to replicate the appearance of natural mountain birch wood. The set includes 6 individually detailed logs, each hand-painted and internally reinforced with steel rods to resist chipping and cracking during long-term use. These logs are intended for vented gas fireplace applications only and require a compatible vented burner and valve kit, sold separately. Installation is handled by licensed gas appliance technicians or qualified fireplace installers.

The MBW-18 is designed for use in vented residential gas fireplaces. This log set is not universal and must be paired with a certified compatible burner. The Peterson G4, G45, and G46 vented burner series are all confirmed compatible with this log set. A complete package combining these logs with a compatible vented burner and valve assembly is also available. This log set is not suitable for vent-free or B-vent-only burner configurations without verified certification.
