The RH PETERSON G45-16/19-17P is a Triple T vented gas log burner designed for single-sided indoor fireplaces fueled by liquid propane. It delivers up to 30,000 BTU/h and is built around a main burner tube with a smaller front flame tube that branches off in a T-configuration. This geometry places ignition points directly beneath the log set, producing a visible front flame and a glowing ember bed for a realistic fire appearance. The system ships with the APK-17 variable flame remote control safety pilot, which uses a standing pilot to allow remote or manual flame height adjustment at any time the pilot is lit. Licensed gas technicians perform installation on this type of appliance.
This burner is rated for 16-inch and 19-inch allowable log set sizes and requires a minimum fireplace opening of 29 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 11 inches tall, with a rear height clearance of 17 inches. It is approved for mobile home installations and is intended for indoor, single-sided, vented fireplace applications with a traditional log set aesthetic. The G45-16/19-17P is sold without a log set; a compatible Real-Fyre gas log set must be purchased separately. Burners in this line are certified to work with specific log sets only and are not universal across all log set brands or sizes.
Designed for use with 16-inch and 19-inch Real-Fyre gas log sets only. Burners in this series are certified for specific log sets and are not universal. Using this burner with a non-compatible log set presents risks of fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, and property damage. Log set is sold separately.
Installation must be performed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes and the applicable fuel gas code (IFGC or NFPA 54). Shut off the gas supply at the main valve and verify the line is fully depressurized before making any connections. Confirm the fireplace meets the minimum dimensional requirements before positioning the burner. Never use this burner with a log set that has not been certified as compatible by the manufacturer.
