Product Description

The RH PETERSON G4-18/20 is a manual-ignition, vented natural gas burner designed for single-sided indoor fireplaces. It uses a single-tube burner that runs through the center of the burner pan, producing flames that travel across the full length of the tube and a glowing ember bed at the base. Output reaches 75,000 BTU/h at maximum. This is a base-model burner system intended for traditional log set installations and is approved for use in mobile homes. It is installed by qualified gas technicians and requires a compatible Real-Fyre log set, sold separately.

The G4-18/20 is rated for use with 18-inch and 20-inch Real-Fyre gas log sets in single-sided, indoor, vented fireplace applications. It is approved for natural gas only and requires an inlet gas pressure between 5.0 inches water column (w.c.) and 10.5 inches w.c. The burner does not include remote capability and has no electronic ignition — it is a match-light system. This burner is certified for mobile home installations. Note that this burner is certified to function with specific log sets only; using it with a non-compatible log set creates serious risks including fire, carbon monoxide exposure, and property damage.
