The RH PETERSON AO-18 is an 18-inch American Oak designer replacement log set made from refractory ceramic and intended for use with vented gas burners. The set includes 6 hand-crafted ceramic logs, each modeled from real oak samples and hand painted for a realistic wood-grain appearance. Internal reinforced steel rods add structural durability and reduce chipping and breaking during normal service. This log set is designed for licensed gas appliance technicians and experienced fireplace installers working on vented gas fireplace systems. It is sold as logs only and requires a compatible vented burner and valve kit, purchased separately.

The AO-18 log set is suited for residential vented gas fireplace applications where a natural oak appearance is desired. The refractory ceramic construction handles repeated thermal cycling.
