The RGF REME-H is a whole-home, in-duct air purifier designed to integrate directly into a residential or light commercial HVAC system. Operating on 24 volts AC at 0.7 amps and 17 watts, the unit generates advanced oxidation plasma to reduce airborne and surface contaminants throughout the entire conditioned space. Dual ionizers target airborne particulates including dust, dander, pollen, and mold spores. Zinc ions address viruses on surfaces. Airflow coverage ranges from 1000 to 6500 CFM, making it suitable for a wide range of duct system sizes. Licensed HVAC technicians perform the installation.
The REME-H mounts inside the supply plenum or main trunk line of a forced-air HVAC system, treating air as it circulates through the duct network. Because it is installed in-duct, purification extends to every room served by the system rather than being limited to a single space. The unit operates silently and does not consume floor or wall space. It is designed for residential whole-home applications as well as light commercial buildings requiring whole-building air quality treatment. The adjustable shroud around the REME cell allows the technician to customize the advanced oxidation plasma output to match the specific installation.
Designed for installation in forced-air HVAC duct systems with airflow rates between 1000 and 6500 CFM. Integrates with existing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment via the 24-volt AC low-voltage circuit.
Installation is performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Power down the air handler and shut off the 24-volt control circuit before mounting the unit in the supply plenum or trunk duct. Follow local mechanical codes and the manufacturer instructions for positioning the REME cell relative to airflow direction. Cell replacement requires no tools due to the quick-release design, but power should still be removed before servicing.
