The RGAS R-404A is a refrigerant blend containing R-125, R-143a, and R-134a, designed for low and medium temperature refrigeration systems. This refrigerant is suitable for use in systems where R-502 was previously applied. Many modern supermarket and refrigeration units are compatible with HFC refrigerants like R-404A, R-507, or R-407A. Additionally, R-404A can be used to retrofit R-507 systems due to its slightly lower pressure characteristics.
