The RESIDEO th8110r1008/u is a low-voltage, programmable digital thermostat designed for residential HVAC systems. It features RedLINK 2.0 wireless communication, allowing it to operate as a standalone control or as part of a larger zoning and accessory network. The touchscreen display measures 10 square inches and shows indoor temperature, indoor humidity, outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, time, and system status. Power is supplied via hardwire with 4-battery backup. The thermostat is ENERGY STAR certified and suited for 1 Heat/1 Cool conventional and heat pump systems in standalone configurations, with expanded staging capacity when paired with a compatible Equipment Interface Module.
This thermostat is intended for residential HVAC installations involving conventional forced-air systems or heat pumps without auxiliary heat in standalone mode. When used with the THM5421R1021 Equipment Interface Module, it supports up to 4 Heat/2 Cool heat pump systems or up to 3 Heat/2 Cool conventional systems. It can also be used with the THM4000R1000 TrueZONE Wireless Adapter. Compatible RedLINK 2.0 accessories include the RedLINK Internet Gateway, Portable Comfort Control, Wireless Outdoor Sensor, Wireless Indoor Sensor, Wireless Entry/Exit Remote, and Wireless Vent and Filter Boost Remote. Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians.
Compatible with 1H/1C conventional systems and heat pumps with no auxiliary heat in standalone use.
