The Resideo Braukmann TB6575A1000 is a digital fan coil thermostat designed for residential and commercial HVAC applications. It controls 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil units and supports both 120 Vac and 240 Vac supply voltages. HVAC technicians install this unit in hotels, condominiums, school classrooms, and similar multi-zone buildings where line voltage fan coil control is required. The thermostat provides on/off control for both line voltage and low voltage fan coil systems, making it a versatile choice across a range of installation types.

The TB6575A1000 features a VersaSpeed Fan Ramp Algorithm that automatically adjusts between low, medium, and high fan speeds for consistent comfort and efficient operation. The thermostat supports manual and automatic heat/cool changeover, giving installers flexibility based on system design. A proportional plus integral control algorithm delivers precise temperature regulation, reducing overshoot and maintaining stable setpoints. The digital display shows ambient temperature, setpoint, mode icons for heating and cooling relay status, fan status, and energy savings mode activation.

An energy savings input accepts a dry contact signal from a time switch, occupancy sensor, or hotel card key system. This input can be configured as normally open or normally closed and overrides the comfort setpoint with selectable setback heating or cooling setpoints. An optional freeze protection feature activates the heat output if temperatures drop below a safe threshold. An activity sensing algorithm can set the thermostat back to economy mode automatically. EEPROM memory permanently retains all user settings, including setpoints, during a power loss, so no backup battery is needed. The installer setup mode allows adjustment of deadband, maximum heating setpoint, minimum cooling setpoint, and other operating parameters. Remote temperature sensors and remote pipe sensors are also supported as optional accessories.
