The RESIDEO AM102-US-1LF/U mixing valve accurately adjusts, maintains, and limits hot water temperature to a user-selected setting. This 3-way union sweat valve, designed for potable and non-potable water, increases usable hot water by raising the water heater storage temperature while limiting mixed outlet water to a safe level. It includes check valves on hot and cold inlets and is ASSE 1017, CSA, and IAPMO listed.
