The Resideo AM101-US-1 mixing valve accurately adjusts, maintains, and limits hot water temperature to the user's desired setting. This AM100 series valve raises the water heater storage temperature setting and limits mixed outlet water to a safe level, increasing usable hot water. It features check valves on hot and cold inlets and is ASSE 1017 Certified, CSA Listed, and IAPMO Listed.

  • Offers constant water temperature under changing operating conditions.
  • Temperature is limited at any point, and flow reduction occurs in seconds if the cold water supply is interrupted.
  • Designed for easy maintenance; Teflon coating prevents mineral build-up and extends life.
