The RENEWAIRE SL75 is a slim-profile energy recovery ventilator (ERV) designed for high-efficiency fresh-air ventilation in space-constrained installations. Operating across a CFM range of 30 to 130, this unit uses independent EC motorized impellers on supply and exhaust to allow contractors to set airflows independently for balanced ventilation without a condensate drain. The SL75 incorporates one L-30-G5 static plate core made from a cellulosic-based material that contains no PVCs or halogenated flame retardants. A 34-inch line-cord power supply and a Dial-A-Flow digital controller with variable-speed boost mode come standard. HVI Tested and Certified with a cULus listing, the SL75 is sized for licensed HVAC technicians and mechanical contractors working in residential and light commercial projects.
The SL75 is intended for multi-family residential buildings and compartmentalized commercial spaces where ceiling or bulkhead depth is limited. Its low-profile enclosure fits between trusses and in tight mechanical chases where standard-depth ERVs will not fit. The unit carries light commercial certification, making it compliant for both residential and light and heavy commercial building code requirements. It is a practical choice for apartment corridors, individual dwelling units, and small commercial suites that require code-mandated mechanical ventilation.
Designed as an OEM-style ERV unit for multi-family residential and light commercial ventilation systems requiring a compact, high-efficiency energy recovery solution in space-constrained applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or mechanical contractor familiar with ASHRAE 62.2 or applicable local ventilation codes. Disconnect all electrical power before servicing or mounting the unit. The line-cord power supply should be routed to a dedicated circuit per applicable NEC requirements. Because no condensate drain is required, ductwork termination and sealing remain the primary field tasks after mechanical mounting.
