The RenewAire EV PREMIUM X energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed for both single and multi-family homes. This ERV has an airflow range of 100–390 CFM. It is also certified for light commercial use in factory offices, conference, and break rooms. It features line-cord power, EC motorized impellers and a MERV 13 filter on the outdoor airstream.

• Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness.
• Easy to clean without removing from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.
• Industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for their static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all residential products have a five-year warranty.
