The RENEW AIRE ev90-10 is a static plate energy recovery ventilator (ERV) designed for small residential applications including single-family homes, apartments, and condominiums. Operating across a delivery range of 40 to 110 CFM, it uses a static plate heat and humidity transfer core to exchange stale indoor air for fresh outdoor air without liquid condensate or a drain line. At 90 CFM, the unit draws only 46 watts at 120 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, making it an efficient fit for continuous or timed ventilation. A licensed HVAC technician or mechanical contractor typically handles installation.
