The Reliance P4223 Direct Wire Photocontrol Swivel Stem is a thermal-type photo control with a bottom-threaded mount that swivels horizontally. It provides dusk-to-dawn lighting control with delay action to prevent lights from turning off due to car headlights. The cadmium sulfide photocell and sonic-welded polycarbonate case and lens protect against moisture and allow operation in temperatures from -9.44 degrees to 167 degrees.
