Rehau 499708-001 is a 2 in F1960 PEX reinforcing ring intended for use with REHAU PEXa pipe in cold expansion installations. It reinforces the pipe end for F1960 cold expansion fittings and is installed with commercially available F1960 cold expansion tools. The ring is specified for SDR 9 PEX and meets applicable ASTM F877 and CSA B137.5 ratings while complying with U.S. lead-free requirements.
