The REGAL REXNORD 6010e Evergreen IM is a multi-speed, constant-torque, brushless DC ECM motor engineered to replace factory PSC direct-drive blower motors in HVAC systems. Rated at 1 HP with a speed range of 1/2 to 1 HP, it operates at 1075 RPM and accepts dual voltage input of 115/230 volts single phase, 50/60 Hz. Drawing 11.0 amps at 115 volts or 6.7 amps at 230 volts, it fits NEMA 48-frame applications via a belly band mount. Licensed HVAC technicians install this motor as a drop-in upgrade where improved efficiency and quieter operation are the service objective.
The 6010e targets residential and light commercial indoor furnaces, air handlers, and package systems originally designed around a 6-pole, 1075 RPM PSC motor. It is not approved for use in twinned systems, belt-drive systems, or as a replacement for existing ECM variable-speed or X13 motors. The motor is also compatible with the Century Comfort Select FB platform. Four discrete speeds are available via 24 VAC control, plus an automatic continuous fan speed mode, making it compatible with existing fan relays and circuit boards without additional relay hardware.
Designed to replace direct-drive PSC blower motors in residential and light commercial furnaces, air handlers, and package systems built around a 6-pole 1075 RPM PSC motor, including the Century Comfort Select FB. Not intended to replace existing ECM variable-speed or X13 motors, and not suitable for twinned or belt-drive systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Disconnect and lock out all power to the air handler or furnace before removing the existing blower motor. The belly band mount accommodates NEMA 48-frame (5.6-inch diameter) housings; verify frame size and shaft length of 5 inches before installation. Confirm low-voltage control wiring at 24 VAC is intact and that the existing circuit board supports discrete speed inputs before connecting the harness.
