Product Description

The REFLECTIX ST16025 is a reflective bubble insulation roll designed for residential and light commercial thermal and moisture management applications. Measuring 16 inches wide by 25 feet long and 5/16 inches thick, this roll features a perforated staple tab edge along each side. The tabs are created by perforating the bubble layer 3/4 of the way down each edge, forming a foldable flap that simplifies stapling during installation. The ST16025 delivers an R-16.8 value in crawl space applications and an R-6.13 value for basement wall use. It inhibits condensation, resists mold, mildew, and fungi, and carries a Class A / Class 1 fire rating. No protective clothing, goggles, or respirator is required during installation.

This insulation roll is suited for residential basement walls, crawl spaces, attic installations, wall cavities, ceiling assemblies, and floor systems. The staple tab edge design makes it practical for friction-fit and mechanically fastened installs in tight or low-clearance spaces. It is also appropriate for agricultural structures housing livestock or produce storage where nontoxic, noncarcinogenic insulation material is required. The roll format allows the installer to cut to length on site with standard utility tools.
