The REFLECTIX INC CF70550 is a ribbed polyethylene foam sill sealer designed to reduce air leakage at the joint between a foundation wall and the sill plate. Supplied in a roll measuring 7.5 inches wide by 50 feet long, this white foam product compresses to fill irregular gaps and uneven surfaces common in residential foundation framing. It is mildew resistant and water resistant, helping protect the sill plate from moisture-related rot over time.
