The Reed 04130 is a quick-release plastic tube cutter designed to cut plastic pipe with an outside diameter range of 3/8 to 3-1/2 inches. It features a quick release trigger, quick advance and manual advance mechanisms, and a ball detent wheel pin; the cutter wheel is interchangeable for use on PVC, CPVC, PE, PP and ABS. The design provides tracking and smooth operation for plumbing and tubing applications.
