The self-adhesive backing holds firmly in place but releases cleanly without damaging paper, making the flags fully repositionable. Flags can be written on with ballpoint pens, pencils, or permanent markers, adding a note or label directly on the tab. Five neon colors are included: blue, green, yellow, pink, and orange.
