The RECTORSEAL cm36a34-177l-000 is an uncased downflow evaporator coil built for use with manufactured home furnaces in split-system air conditioning and heat pump applications. The coil handles a nominal capacity range of 1.5 to 3 tons and is factory-equipped with a thermal expansion valve (TXV) metering device for R-410A refrigerant. Construction features rifled copper tubing and enhanced aluminum fins for efficient heat transfer. The coil measures 17.75 inches wide and 17.5 inches tall, weighing 36 pounds. It is immersion-tested at 500 psi and then nitrogen-pressurized and sealed before leaving the factory. Licensed HVAC technicians perform installation in residential manufactured home settings.
This coil is designed specifically for manufactured home furnace applications in a downflow configuration. Left-hand refrigerant connections are standard, with a 3/8-inch ODS liquid line and a 3/4-inch ODS suction line. A liquid line Schrader valve is included for hiss-testing the system. The coil ships with a downflow plate kit and a condensate drain elbow with flexible drain tubing. It is AHRI certifiable with all brands of air conditioning and heat pump systems and ETL listed for use with R-410A when a proper metering device is installed.

Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes and manufacturer instructions. Shut off all electrical power and close the refrigerant service valves before beginning coil replacement or installation. The included liquid line Schrader valve allows hiss-testing of the system prior to full evacuation and charge. Ensure proper condensate drain slope and connection to an approved drain point per local plumbing codes.
