Rectorseal 83949 Aspen MicroV 100/250V Mini-Split Condensate Pump

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I needed a condensate pump to repair a leaking condenser, so I paid extra for overnight shipping because I needed the part as quickly as possible. When the package arrived, the box looked old and appeared to have been previously returned. After opening it, I found that the motor and tubing were included, but the actual pump was missing, making the product unusable.

I called customer service the same day the package arrived and explained the situation. I also told them multiple times that I simply needed the missing pump replaced. I even offered to return the entire package if they would ship the replacement immediately so I could complete my repair.

Instead of resolving the issue quickly, it took over a week just to receive a return shipping label. During that time, no replacement was shipped, despite my repeated requests. I was then told they would only issue a refund after they received and processed the return.

Now I have to send everything back, wait for them to receive it, and then wait again for a refund of more than $300—all because they shipped an incomplete product.

The entire process has been frustrating and poorly managed. It seems every department has to wait on another department for approvals, whether it's reviewing photos, authorizing the return, or processing the next step. That kind of bureaucracy shouldn't delay fixing a mistake that was clearly the company's responsibility.

Order my split AC some parts and when the air condition person opened a box he say missing some parts not happy at all you guys fix the problem. Then you sending a shipping but now I have to be returned back. Let me know when you guys send me a return label.
