The RECTORSEAL 103O14X06 is a 3-way stamped steel ceiling and sidewall register designed for residential and light commercial HVAC air distribution systems. Built with 1/2-inch stamped louvers set at a 40-degree blade pitch, this register delivers controlled, directional airflow across three directional patterns. The opposed blade damper is constructed from aluminum and is tool-operated directly through the face of the register, allowing volume control without removing the unit from the wall or ceiling. The white finish provides a clean, finished appearance suited to standard interior installations. Licensed HVAC technicians and installation crews typically specify this type of register for supply air outlets in forced-air systems.
This register is intended for use in ceiling and sidewall supply air applications within residential and light commercial forced-air HVAC systems. The 14-inch by 6-inch face size fits standard duct openings of that nominal dimension. The 3-way airflow pattern makes it well suited to corner rooms, hallways, and open areas where multi-directional air distribution improves comfort and reduces hot or cold spots. The tool-operated aluminum damper allows technicians to set airflow volume at commissioning or during seasonal balancing without specialized equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation supply register for standard residential and light commercial forced-air duct systems with a 14-inch by 6-inch nominal opening.
Installation of supply air registers should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or qualified installer following applicable mechanical codes. Power down the air handling unit before removing an existing register or accessing the duct opening. Secure the register to the ceiling or sidewall surface using appropriate fasteners for the substrate material. Adjust the opposed blade damper through the face of the register using a flat-blade screwdriver or similar tool to set the desired airflow volume.
