Product Description

The TX-TPR2A from Radio Design Labs is an active audio receiving module. It supports RDL Format-A twisted pair products and provides two outputs corresponding to signal pairs B and C. Each pair connects via an RJ45 INPUT jack to deliver both -10 dBV unbalanced and +4 dBu balanced outputs through a detachable terminal block. A built-in buffer amplifier ensures the outputs operate at the correct audio levels.

This receiver features bridging inputs that allow connections to the LOOP OUT jack of other receivers, enabling multiple receiver outputs for each cable pair. This design enhances flexibility in audio routing systems using RDL products.

Powering options include direct use of a 24 Vdc power supply or remote power through the twisted pair from other connected modules or signal distributors. The system also offers a front-panel LED indicator for power status.
