The Radio Design Labs TX-A2 is designed for installations needing level attenuation and isolation. This converter handles the transition from a balanced audio source to unbalanced inputs with ease. The TX-A2 features a detachable terminal block for connecting a balanced +4 dBu audio source. The input is linked to two gold-plated RCA outputs via a studio-quality isolation transformer. Each output delivers a nominal -10 dBV level. Users can connect either two mono inputs or one stereo input to the outputs. Additionally, the unit is enclosed in a durable aluminum casing for shielding.
