The RACO 4743 is a straight liquid-tight nylon conduit connector sized for 3/4-inch conduit. It provides a secure, watertight termination where liquid-tight flexible conduit meets an enclosure knockout. The nylon construction resists corrosion and is well suited for damp and wet location wiring. Electricians use this fitting to terminate flexible conduit runs on motors, HVAC equipment, pumps, and other machinery where vibration or movement requires a flexible connection. The straight body design allows direct entry into the knockout without any offset, keeping the installation clean and code-compliant.
This connector is used in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations wherever 3/4-inch liquid-tight flexible nonmetallic conduit (LFNC) must be secured to a panel, junction box, or equipment enclosure. Common applications include HVAC disconnect connections, pump wiring, and outdoor equipment hookups where moisture resistance is required. The nylon fitting is lightweight and easy to install without metal tools that might damage the conduit jacket.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard fitting for use with 3/4-inch liquid-tight flexible nonmetallic conduit (LFNC) systems in residential and commercial electrical applications.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with NEC requirements for liquid-tight fittings in wet or damp locations. De-energize the circuit and verify absence of voltage before opening any enclosure or terminating conduit. Thread the connector body through the knockout, secure the locknut firmly by hand, and seat the conduit fully before tightening the compression nut. Do not overtighten nylon fittings, as excess torque can crack the body.
