The QUIKTRON 810-L12-066 is a multimode fiber optic patch cable designed for structured cabling and network connectivity applications. It features LC connectors on one end and ST connectors on the other, making it a duplex LC-to-ST jumper. The cable uses 62.5-micron core multimode fiber housed in a PVC jacket and ships in a 20-meter length. This type of patch cable is installed by licensed low-voltage technicians, network cabling contractors, and electrical contractors working on data infrastructure, telecom rooms, and equipment interconnects.
This patch cable is suited for horizontal and backbone fiber runs in commercial and light industrial environments. Common applications include connecting network switches, media converters, patch panels, and fiber distribution units where LC and ST interfaces need to be bridged. The 62.5-micron multimode fiber supports legacy OM1-class infrastructure still common in enterprise and campus installations. PVC jacketing makes this cable appropriate for general-purpose indoor use in conduit or cable management systems.
Designed as a standard LC-to-ST duplex multimode patch cable for use with 62.5-micron multimode fiber optic equipment in commercial structured cabling systems.
Installation is performed by low-voltage or data cabling contractors in accordance with TIA-568 standards for structured cabling. De-energize connected equipment and verify port types on both ends before inserting connectors. Avoid sharp bends below the cable minimum bend radius and do not over-tension during routing. PVC-jacketed cable is rated for general indoor use and should not be installed in plenum spaces without a plenum-rated alternative.
