The QUANTUM STORAGE QUS220IVCS is a hopper-style stacking bin molded from polypropylene and rated for up to 10 pounds of load capacity. Designed for parts storage and organization in industrial, MRO, and shop environments, the bin features a front hopper opening for quick, single-hand retrieval without removing the bin from the rack or panel. The ivory polypropylene construction resists water, rust, and corrosion, and the material is autoclavable up to 250 degrees F, making it suitable for environments that require periodic heat sterilization. A crystal styrene window on the hopper front keeps contents visible at a glance.
This bin is intended for use with louvered panels or rails in shelving and workstation setups commonly found in manufacturing, warehouse picking lines, maintenance shops, and laboratory storage. The bin stacks with a wide stacking ledge and anti-slide lock to keep columns stable. It also supports hanging configurations. Interior dimensions are 6.75 inches long by 3.44 inches wide by 2.81 inches tall, sized for small fasteners, fittings, electrical components, and similar parts. Compatible accessories include the DUS220-LTR-1300-COV220 cover and label holder.

These bins are installed by facilities personnel, stockroom staff, or maintenance technicians. Hang on louvered panel slots or seat onto rails without tools. When stacking, align the anti-slide lock tabs before releasing the column to prevent tipping. Verify the panel or rail system is rated for the combined bin and contents weight before loading.
