The QUANTUM STORAGE QUS210COCS is a conductive plastic hopper stacking bin designed to prevent electrostatic charge buildup in sensitive storage environments. Made from conductive polypropylene, it meets ASTM D-257 conductivity standards, with a surface resistivity below 10 to the 5th power ohms per square and an electrostatic decay rate under 0.1 seconds. The hopper-front design allows easy front access to stored parts, and a built-in label holder keeps bins organized on benches or shelving. This bin is used in electronics assembly, component kitting, and any application where ESD-safe storage is required by workflow or safety protocol. Installation and bin management is typically handled by facilities staff, electronics technicians, or warehouse personnel.
The QUS210COCS is suited for workbench and shelving applications in light manufacturing, electronics repair, and assembly environments where conductive storage is necessary to protect static-sensitive components. The rectangular shape and hopper-front opening make it compatible with standard industrial shelving systems and workbench setups. The bin is stackable, allowing vertical organization to maximize space. A compatible divider, the DUS210CO, is available separately for internal bin partitioning. This product ships in a package quantity of 24 units.
Designed for use with standard industrial benches and shelving systems. Compatible with the DUS210CO divider for internal compartmentalization.
No tools are required to place or stack these bins on compatible shelving or workbench surfaces. Ensure the shelving or bench structure is rated for the combined load before stacking multiple loaded bins. In ESD-controlled environments, verify that the bin and mounting surface are properly grounded per applicable facility ESD control protocols. Handle conductive bins according to your facility ESD plan, typically governed by ANSI or IEC static control standards.
