The QUANTUM STORAGE QSB100CO is a conductive plastic hopper-front shelf bin designed for static-sensitive storage environments. Built from polypropylene with EDS conductive properties, this bin maintains a surface resistivity of less than 10 to the 5th power ohms per square, preventing the buildup of electrostatic charges that can damage sensitive electronic components. The hopper-front design allows easy access to bin contents without removing the bin from the shelf. An integrated label holder supports clear part identification on the shelf line. Weighing just 0.42 pounds, it is lightweight enough for high-density storage racks and wire shelving systems used in production, assembly, and repair environments.
This bin is suited for use in electronics manufacturing, MRO storage, and repair depot environments where ESD control is required. Its rectangular profile and nesting capability allow compact storage when bins are not in use. The QSB100CO is designed for use with wire shelving systems and is an appropriate choice wherever conductive bin storage is required to meet ESD handling protocols. It is not rated for stacking or hanging applications.
Designed for use with wire shelving systems. Suitable for applications requiring conductive bin storage in ESD-controlled environments.
Installation of shelf bins requires no tools and no power shutdown. Bins slide onto wire shelving rails or louvered panels as the shelving system design allows. Verify that the shelving system is properly grounded if full ESD protection is required end-to-end. Do not use in stacking or hanging configurations, as this bin is not rated for those mounting styles.
