The PYRAMEX RJ3110HXL is a high-visibility heated work jacket designed for trade professionals working in cold, wet, or low-light conditions. The jacket features a polyester shell with a zip-out polar fleece liner, making it adaptable across a range of job site temperatures. Three heating zones — two in front, one in back — deliver targeted warmth, and three selectable temperature settings let the wearer dial in comfort without removing the jacket. A 5000 mAh power bank is included to drive the heating system. The hi-vis lime coloring with 2-inch silver reflective striping meets ANSI 107-2020 visibility standards, and the waterproof shell is rated to AATCC 127.
This jacket is suited for outdoor trade work including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general construction in cold-weather environments. The zipper front closure, concealed detachable drawstring hood, elastic band at the waist and wrists, and cell phone or radio chest pocket with a clear panel all support utility on active job sites. A chest pocket with mic tabs accommodates two-way radio use. An interior access zipper allows for print customization, making this jacket appropriate for crew-uniformed or fleet-supply applications. The X-Large sizing is designed for full range of motion while wearing mid-layers.
Designed as a standalone hi-vis heated work jacket for trade professionals requiring ANSI 107-2020 compliant outerwear in cold and wet conditions; sized at X-Large.
Before first use, charge the included power bank fully and verify the connection to the jacket heating system is secure. Follow the manufacturer instructions for washing and storing the power bank separately from the jacket. Inspect reflective striping regularly for damage or soiling that may reduce visibility, and replace the garment if striping loses retroreflective performance per ANSI 107-2020 guidelines.
