The PROMAX US007124 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding material removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and non-ferrous metals. With a 0.5000 inch mill diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.0200 inch corner radius, this tool handles both roughing and finishing operations in a single setup. The PowerLayer coating reduces heat and wear in high-alloy applications. The variable helix and variable index geometry reduce chatter and improve surface finish on difficult materials. Machinists and tooling specialists install this in standard toolholders on CNC milling machines.
