The PROMAX 108-01616 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and engineered plastics. This two-flute tool features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and a 40-degree helix angle with a spiral flute geometry that promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) finish increases surface hardness and reduces heat buildup at the cutting edge, extending tool life in demanding applications.
