It features a 1/4 inch diameter cutting edge with a 3/4 inch length of cut and a corner radius ranging from 0.04 to 0.05 inches, which helps reduce stress concentrations at part corners and extend tool life. The 3-flute geometry paired with a 40-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. A ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating adds hardness and heat resistance at the cutting edge. This end mill is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into workpiece material without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills in job shop, production, and toolroom environments.
