The PROMAX 101-04814 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations where a controlled edge radius is required to reduce stress concentrations and improve surface finish. It features a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, a 1-5/8-inch length of cut (LOC), and a corner radius ranging from 0.055 to 0.065 inches. The four-flute, right-hand cutting geometry is combined with a high-helix design and an AlTiN coating, making it well-suited for high-speed machining of hardened steels, stainless steels, and other demanding alloys.
