The PROMAX 100-03214 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 1/2 inch cutting diameter and a corner radius range of 0.055 to 0.065 inches, this tool produces a controlled radius blend at the base of milled features, reducing stress concentrations and extending part life. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance for high-speed dry or near-dry machining. Four flutes and a 30-degree helix angle deliver an efficient balance of chip evacuation and surface finish quality. Overall length is 3 inches with a 1-1/4 inch length of cut.
