The PROMAX 100-02414 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring a controlled edge radius. It features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 7/8 inch length of cut, and a corner radius range of 0.055 to 0.065 inches. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting geometry with a 30-degree helix angle improves chip evacuation and surface finish in a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. An AlTiN coating extends tool life under high-heat cutting conditions. This tool is centercutting, allowing plunge entry. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in production and tool-and-die environments.

This end mill is suited for profile milling, slotting, and contouring applications where a small edge radius is required to reduce stress concentrations and chipping at part corners. The coarse pitch and right-hand flute direction make it appropriate for general-purpose machining of steel, stainless steel, and hardened alloys.
