It features a 5/16-inch diameter with a 3/4-inch length of cut and a corner radius ranging from 0.04 to 0.05 inches, which reduces stress concentration at corners and extends workpiece life. The four-flute geometry paired with a 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and improved surface finish. A TiCN coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, making this tool well-suited for ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
