The PROMAX 100-01224 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from solid carbide with a micrograin grade, it delivers the edge retention and hardness needed for high-speed roughing passes. The AlTiN coating adds heat resistance, making it well suited for dry cutting and hard alloy applications. At 3/16 inches in diameter with a 3/8 inches length of cut and a 2 inches overall length, this end mill fits tight-clearance work where a full-size tool cannot reach.
