    I paid extra for a warranty on the motor I bought for my spa. I never got anything in writing and there was nothing in the box so I called Voomi. Aside from barely being able to understand the customer service representative, I was told that it takes a month for the warranty to come in the mail. I feel like I got ripped off. They have my email and could’ve emailed me the warranty and I could’ve printed it out. Why do I need to wait a month?
